Situation 1: When you have detailed selective pallet racking drawing, provide us the drawing.
Situation 2: When you don’t have drawing, provide us following information:
2.1 Pallet size with product on (length, width and height);
2.2 Forklift entry side;
2.3 Max. Palletized product weight;
2.4 Available warehouse height for storage rack or the storage level you are looking for;
2.5 Warehouse size for storage rack (length, width and height);
2.6 Storage temperature.
Situation 3: When above 2 situation don’t suit you, it is also to get a detailed price. What you do is contact us.

Question 2:
Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?
Answer 2:
We provide sample parts free charged and you just need to pay the freight.

Question 3:
I’d like to visit you. Which city should I go?
Answer 3:
We have office and factory in Nanjing. Before you come, we will help you book hotel when needed. When you arrive at the Nanjing
International airport, we will pick you up and take to hotel or directly to factory. We have sales person and driver who will be
with you during the visit. You don’t have to worry about the traffic matter.
